Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment or need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the full price of the appointment. Cancellations that take place before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will not be charged and I will aim to reschedule within 14 business days of the booked appointment.
