Hey there, fellow earth wanderer! I’ve been on this crazy journey called life since 1999, and my constant companion? Creativity. Picture this: school days, supposed to be studying, but my mind? It was already on the canvas, sketching away. Couldn’t help it; the call to create was too strong.

Growing up in a family of artists – my mom capturing moments through her lens, my grandpa weaving magic on canvas – creativity was like our family crest. I’d stroll through my grandparents’ place, surrounded by art that felt like whispers from the past through his and my family’s art, sparking the fire in my belly.

One memory, though, stands out. I’m comparing my doodles to Mom’s, and she drops this wisdom bomb: “övning ger färdighet” (practice makes perfect). That line has been my mantra ever since. It’s the reason why I am so head strong to create a life where I can dedicate my life into my purpose, because practice applies on all aspects of life, not only art.

Now, dedication? It’s not just a thing; it’s my life’s calling. Spirituality and personal growth? Yep, those are a huge part of me. Mindfulness and mindset? I’m all about them. Our thoughts shaping our reality? That’s the fuel for my art, adding intentions to every stroke. And that has become my true calling within my art, to spread the power of being mindful and authentic to our true nature.

Nature is one of my gurus and source of inspiration, teaching me about connection and purpose. I weave these lessons into my art, a reminder that we’re all connected in life’s crazy adventures. Just take a look at the mycelium network, how it all is connected from no matter where you are in the world. You can relate to everything you see in nature, if you just take a moment to observe it’s beauty.

Challenges? Harmony? No matter the situation, I try chose to see the beauty and the benefits of becoming the being I am meant to be in this life.
